PS Actions

I would like to know where I can find a tutorial or information about actions and how to use them.  I absolutely love the actions for sale on the site, but I don't know how to use them in PS.

If you do a search for Photoshop Action Tutorials on any search engine like google or yahoo, you will find many, many tutorials that can help with the basic knowledge of how they run.
