Updated Tou for SIS Designs - Effective 2/7/2010
This updated tou will overide all tou's in older and current products. So here it is!!
Personal Use:
All my kits, or elements and paper packs that are part of a kit are for personal use only.
You may use my kits for scrap for hire projects as long as they are in flattened jpg format.
Personal use may be used for web design as long as proper credit is given and it is no more than 72 dpi. Please credit SIS Designs
Commercial Use / Cu4cu
All my current Cu products are now cu4cu friendly!!!!
Cu4Cu: You may use my cu/cu4cu products to create something new and resell to your customers for their commercial use.
Example: Say you buy a set of my spilled pearls you may:
Offer them as is, in a kit that you make to resell for customers personal use or
you can add something to the spilled pearls such as flowers or a border and resell as a commercial use product.
You just have to make something new with my product to be able to offer as a commercial use product.
You may not: Make something from my products and offer to your customers as cu4cu.
No credit is required, but it is greatly appreciated!! And I would love to see your work!!
Show me what you have made with my products and you will receive a 25% off coupon for your next purchase!!
**Please do not share, giveaway or pass my products thru groups. You are not to re-sell my cu/cu4cu products in a stand alone manner.
No mass printing of my designs, they may be used for cafepress, but please do not claim my work as your own!!
