My terms of use are as follows; the terms are listed under each type of product. KITS: All of my kits are for personal or scrap 4 hire use unless otherwise noted. You MAY: *** You MAY Create scrap book pages and layouts for yourself, for friends, or for customers who pay you to do them. All files must be flattened before sending to your friend or customer! *** You MAY Create layouts or designs for competitions or contest, whether for publication or not. If you get published is the only time I will require credit. *** You MAY Use the papers and elements to decorate your own blog or website. You may also do this for friends or customers. All files must be flattened before sending to your friend or customer! *** Professional Photographers may use papers and elements from the kit to create backgrounds for your photos for yourself or for your individual customers as long as it is not for mass production, No more then 50 copies total for each design you create with the kit. If you are interested in creating more than 50 you will need to purchase a separate license. You MAY NOT: *** You MAY NOT redistribute any part of my kit as is in any way! No passing through file sharing groups, sharing with friends, etc! *** You MAY NOT Use my designs to create designs for t-shirts, greeting cards, or similar items for mass marketing at sites such as Zazzle.com *** You MAY NOT Use my designs to create web or blog templates for sale or for free without purchasing a special license to do so! If this is your desire please contact me in advance of purchasing the kit for terms and pricing. *** You MAY NOT use my designs to create "printables", quick pages or similar items for sale or for free.
